All Ontario elections are based on
allocating power ( control of all public assets and resources) to the political party
that gains the most election votes once every 4 years (on
average). In other words, there are “winners” and “losers” in this type
of contest where the losers (the minority) are forced to submit to political
will of the winners (the majority).
Just because the majority wants
something doesn’t mean that it is good for everyone! With this Big Government
model, too many citizens must endure the costs, losses and
consequences decided by the bully majority.
Consider the following superior
alternative.
If governments were substantially
smaller, and if many of the public services that Big Governments currently
provide were to be eliminated in favour of alternatives supplied free market
enterprises, then the “winner/loser” paradigm will be replaced by the “win-win”
paradigm consisting of voluntary exchanges between individual citizens and
free market service providers – aka our Citizen Entrepreneurs.
